COURSE DESCRIPTION
Originally produced during the pandemic, the course: NURSING FUNDAMENTALS IN THE WORKPLACE: Character, Leadership, Resiliency covers three major topics that are fundamental to ensure a lifelong and effective career in the healthcare profession. These very essential skills are: (good) character, leadership, and resiliency.

WHAT WILL I LEARN?
By the end of the course, attendees will be able to:
- Understand the importance of character, leadership, and resiliency in the workplace
- Apply the knowledge, skills, and attitude (KSA) learned from this course
- Appreciate the importance of improving in these areas as RN Professionals
- Proactively share the lessons from this course to their organizations and communities
REQUIREMENTS
- Ensure 100% “complete” status before end of course availability period
- Successfully pass the evaluation exam by scoring 7 or above, out of 10 multiple- choice questions
ABOUT THE INSTRUCTORS
Allen Gellangala, Ph-RN, US-RN, MAN
Allen worked s as a Clinical Training Supervisor with Optum Global Solutions. He is a professional Speaker here and abroad, on various topics such as leadership, management, and mental health.
Alvin Garcia, LPT
Alvin was connected with one of the biggest Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) companies in the country, Accenture Inc. He has assumed several roles in his 17 years of service: DCSO Assistant Manager, Quality Analyst, Trainer, Team Lead, Transitions Lead, among others. Currently, he is a Licensed Professional Teacher and is the Head of Contents of The Precious Coach. He writes articles for “A Word from the WORD”, found on the TPC website.
