COURSE DESCRIPTION
Members of the healthcare team are considered heroes because of their selflessness to serve, regardless of challenging circumstances. All the more this was proven when a fire accident happened at the Philippine General Hospital (UP-PGH) in March 2021. The healthcare providers working in the Neonatal ICU (NICU) saved all 35 babies under their care, without thinking of the risk to their own lives.
This course, Disaster Preparedness and Safety Training Course 1 is a five-hour video-on-demand CPD course which seeks to prepare healthcare providers, when disasters like this, happen.
