Our Coaches are licensed health care professionals in the Philippines with special training and certification from the National Society of Health Coaches! 
                They use a strategy called Motivational Interviewing that seeks to evoke from the individual his own motivation for positive behavior change. Thus, our Coaches will never tell or force you what to do but partner with you in discovering your ambivalence to health behavior change, and guide you in setting and achieving your goals for optimum health!
