Horrible service. Car accident in May 2021 and I am still waiting for compensation. No response to my messages on the Admiral Law portal, no response to my calls. Every time I manage to talk to someone on the phone, it`s another person who calls me and makes false promises. I asked for the contact information of a senior manager and was told they could not give it to me. I had to send a request email by email with a formal complaint and I will continue to escalate the situation. Outrageous, considering that I was injured and anxious because of an accident in which the other party was to blame. Be careful, you are wasting your time and money and they will never listen to you. Whatever you prove to them through your medical documents, GP reports, they don`t care. It looks like they are working with other parties. They will never try.
Listen to yourself. Shame on you, Admiral Law. A layman can better represent his own case than Admiral Law. You will waste your time and in the end .ear finishing line of the case.will say oh, if you are not happy, you can go.to other lawyers and they know that no one can accept your case in the end. In the first few weeks, everything went well, but then everything changed and never improved. I was repeatedly offered 4-hour reminders that never happened, and it was always up to me to run after things. In 2019, two years after the accident, we had a new case manager who revealed that the best we could hope for was 50/50, I had always been led to believe that Admiral Law would fight for 100% not guilty. I complained and Admiral Laws of the lawyer of the house agreed with all the points I had raised about the lack of information, communication and poor service. After a final £400 gesture was offered, I took the complaint to the Legal Ombudsman (no result yet).
Admiral Law then arranged and gave compensation (against my insurance) for my passengers to third-party law firms, and today I discovered that they are not confident of taking my case to court and closing the case, two years after the accident that left me with a persistent injury. When I first signed with Admiral Law, everything seemed to be fine, please, from the bottom of my heart, don`t sign with Admiral Law. I would absolutely hate for someone else to go through what they did to me. They spoiled us, brought us to us and broke friendships with my passengers. This company doesn`t have your best interests at heart, don`t take my word for it, check the piles of bad reviews and reviews. I would like to explain this in more detail to anyone who is considering using their service. I have already checked this company. their total lack of contact. I haven`t heard from them in several years, except after leaving my first review here.
Then they said I would be contacted to review my case. This was, unsurprisingly, not true. Please avoid them at all costs. I trusted them as I always have with Admiral, but I wouldn`t touch them with a houseboat bar now after my experience and reading the rest of these reviews. As someone trying to recover and get their lives back in order after being hit by a truck on the highway over 3 years ago, I can`t even explain how much the extra stress and negative psychological impact of Admiral Law has on me. After their complete lack of communication and response to my calls and portal messages over the years, I finally broke down, and when I finally managed to reach someone, I filed a formal complaint and asked a manager to call me. That was 5 weeks ago today! I`ve left so many messages in the last 5 weeks (portal and voicemails (since I never have anyone on the phone) and Trustpilot reviews and still no call from a manager. I just don`t believe in positive reviews here because my own experience is so terrible.

The least professional and useless service I have ever received. My next step is to file a complaint with the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Excellent service. Very polite supportive and helpful. I was given a clear explanation of the processes and what to expect and what to do Excellent doesn`t necessarily mean “cheap.” This meant that customers thought the level of service received was excellent for what they were paying for.

I made sure I knew and felt that they were there to help me and to help me do so, and I made it clear that I am very satisfied with the professional and competent service I received from my advisor after my accident. The accident was not my fault and I lost a lot of money because of this accident. I also asked several times to speak to the manager, but I never received a reminder as promised! I only give 1 star because 0 star is not an option. This exam applies to BDE Law, Diamond Law, Admiral Law, Elephant Law or whatever they are called that day. After almost 5 years, my file, which should have been opened and closed, finally arrives in court after 2 adjournments. I have independent testimony and a professional medical report showing that my injuries are consistent with my account.
